In compliance with the provisions contained in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we make the following Notice of Privacy and Protection of Personal Data available to you, in order for you to understand the content and legal scope of the same.
This Privacy Notice details the information you provide us and how is it collected? As well as the treatment we give to your personal data and how is it protected?
Personal data will only be used for the following purposes: Verify and confirm your identity and legal capacity, collect and analyze the information and documentation provided by the client, aimed at contracting tourist and related services in general, as well as prospecting, promotion, advertising, marketing and / or leasing of real estate for the use and benefit of temporary, residential, commercial or mixed lodging services, concierge service, among others.
If you provide us with your personal data by any means of data collection, including printed, electronic, digital or verbal means, the following information is collected and stored, but not limited to, but not limited to: Full name, age, sex, telephone number contact information, email, RFC, nationality address, identification sheet, data to make collections and CURP. As well as the information obtained through other sources that are permitted by law. None considered as sensitive according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
In some cases, the collection of data may be a statutory or contractual requirement, and We will be limited in the products and services We can provide you without your consent for Us to be able to use such data.
With your permission or where permitted by law, We may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email and/or telephone and/or text message and/or Facebook messenger with information, news and offers on Our products and/or services. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations.
When you start your process with us, this Privacy Notice is made known to you, which you accept voluntarily through electronic acceptance.
During the use and processing of personal data we observe at all times the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established in the Law, likewise, we promise not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent with the exception of those provided by article 37 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you do not express your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so. The third parties that receive the Information must assume previously and in writing, the same obligations regarding the handling and care of the Information that are established in this Privacy Notice.
Information is only collected that is reasonably necessary to serve the legitimate interests of contracting the services we offer and to comply with the legal obligations in our charge. The owners of personal data are protected in terms of their disclosed information, using protection standards in force in the industry and in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. Regardless of the fact that there is no “guaranteed security” either on or off the Internet, commercially reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the collection of information we carry out is done in accordance with all applicable legislation.
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to comply with new provisions established in the Law on the matter, changes in internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services. Rights that correspond to you regarding your personal data.
You may exercise at any time, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition ("ARCO" Rights), established in the Law. Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent that you have granted and that was necessary for the treatment of your personal data, as well as request that they be deleted, limit the use or disclosure of them.

The response to your request will be given no later than 20 business days after receiving your request and we will send it to you in writing to the email provided in the format in question.
